Christmas Cruise

Hey all

For our Christmas this year Johanna and I are taking a cruise down the Danube river from Nuremberg to Budapest.

We are going to see the famous Christmas markets.

After our cruise we'll be stopping in Amsterdam for two days to see the canals and check out the Van Gough musuem. We're leaving this Friday and we'll be back December 29th.

I'll try to post pictures as we go. We'll see how good the internet access is on the ship.

I remember in 2002 when I spent a day in Germany on an overnight layover coming home just before Christmas. It was a magical country at Christmas-time. The old churches frosted with new snow- the lights, the city square areas... the hot chestnuts sold on the street. I really would love to go back and spend more time.

Have a GREAT time. It sounds wonderful!

Yeah, that's kind of the idea Jed. We are referring to is as putting Christmas on overdrive
