Technical advice solicited
OK, so the blog lets me post and make comments from my Mac at home, but it won't recognize me on my PC at work, even though I log on with the same password and login. What is going on? Is it because of the firewalls and anti spam stuff at work? I keep forgetting, and I write these long replies, only to fail to post them cuz I can't get logged in successfully.

that's kind of strange. I would guess it was a block at work, since we access via a PC and don't have any trouble. Good luck. Love Alicia
are you using the same internet browser at work as at home?
This could make a difference.
It's possible it's blocked from your work as well. A blogging site would be one of the first to be blocked along with myspace, facebook, and personal e-mail accounts...
good luck figuring that out.
What kind of problem does it give you when you try to get on the site? Does it actually show the blog? or is it completely blocked...
copy the link you have at home, and paste it in an e-mail that you'll get at work. Then try to follow the link from the e-mail to the site. This may work.
I might try registering a new account at work. Sandra@work or something similar. But as others are saying, you could be blocked, I know I was blocked from social sites at the Safeco office.
I can see the blog at work, and I can input comments, but it won't let me actually post them--it rejects my login.
I use firefox at home on the mac and IE at work on the PC. I'm guessing maybe it's because my pc at work is assigned a random and changing IP #, or maybe. . . Our tech guy is out on paternity leave so it's hard to get advice at work (and also sort of embarrassing, since I shouldn['t be blogging on work time anyway!)
Thanks for the comments,
Sandra
